PAYMENT-We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We are a secure website, so all information is protected. We also accept checks (see below) and money orders that can be mailed to our address on the home page.
CHECK ORDERS- Print out your shopping cart and mail or fax order. Please include shipping address and phone number. Checks can be mailed to Sassy Silver at: 7960-B Soquel Drive Suite#405 Aptos, CA 95003. They must include two phone numbers and a Driver's license number. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment arrives. Check Guarantee Services, Inc. handles all bounced checks and will contact customers directly with fees, etc.
SHIPPING- All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. 3 day, 2 day Saturday and overnight are offered as well. Prices and choices are indicated when processing order. Please keep in mind (especially during holiday seasons) that many of Sassy Silvers' products are handmade and need extra time for delivery!!!!!!! Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. If in stock, within one week. All jewelry is shipped in complimentary double sided jewelry bags. Gift wrapping will be available during Christmas and upon request. Thank you.
RETURNS-All items must be returned unworn within 30 days of acceptance at customers expense and contain the original receipt. If item is defected due to craftsmanship, please return for duplicate item or store credit only. Please call anytime if this applies to you, for approval. All returns will be credited back to original credit card. If wrong size is bought, exchanges are welcomed (higher price may apply) and customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
