Is all your jewelry Sterling Silver?  Yes, all jewelry pictured on this website or sold by Sassy Silver is .925 Sterling Silver.  We do not sell any silver-plated items and do not care to.  We are here to offer you the latest in sterling silver trends.

Where does your jewelry come from?  The goal of Sassy Silver is to carry all USA-Made jewelry whether it is handmade by our own SassySilver artist or special ordered form a USA manufacturer.  We have spent two years defining our line with high-quality, reasonably priced items.  All stone jewelry is handmade by our various artists whose initials or name are somehow connected to the jewelry.  Some artists put their name directly on the jewelry, while others have their names on a separate card of authenticity.  We are especially picky about  the pieces we select.  We stand by each piece for it's quality and uniqueness.  All plain silver pieces (like chains, bracelets, accessories) are bought directly from the manufacturers where we can have control over sizes, clasps, quality and pricing.  We are proud to offer USA Made jewelry at great prices.

Do you do custom orders?  Yes, we do custom orders on sizes and stones.  If you see a piece you like but desire a different stone or different combination of stones, we are happy to have it made for you.  You can also choose from faceted cut stones or smooth cabochons stones, assuming both options are available.  We can also special order any desired length (6 1/2 inches for example) that you may need to fit your body.  If you don't see your size offered please call our toll free number to place your order.  Please consider that some special orders will apply an extra charge. If item is not in stock than please allow 3-4 weeks for your handmade piece to be delivered. 

Is your site secure?  Yes, we are operating on secure optic cables that keeps all your information secure and confidential.  When clicking over to the shopping cart you will see a small lock icon on the bottom right of your screen.  If you are still not comfortable with ordering online, please feel free to call or fax in your order.

Can I call in my order?   Yes, we are happy to take your order over the phone.  If you'd rather call in your order or just have questions please call 888.937.2779 Monday through Friday 9-5 pm California time.  

Do you take checks or money orders?  Yes, we take checks and money orders (as well as credit cards).  If you'd like to send a check, either print out your order and mail it with your check or call in your order and we'll get it ready in the meantime.  We can send your package COD if you'd like, which allows you to write the check when the package arrives.   All checks must include two phone numbers and your driver's license number.  We are linked up with check systems who will contact you if your check bounces.

How do you ship my order and when will it arrive?  All orders are shipped UPS. All orders start with a base rate of $6.95 for ground.  3-day air, 2-day air and overnight are offered as well when ordering.  After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email which allows you to track your package online and give approximate time frames.  Please keep in mind that regular business shipping days are Monday through Friday.  If you need Saturday delivery please let us know (extra charges will apply).

Can I ship to someone else?  Yes, during the order process you are asked to first enter the billing information (for credit card verification) and then the shipping information.  You have the choice of sending your package to your work, home or any address you'd like.

I ordered before, do I have to re-enter all my information?  No, if all your info is the same (credit card, shipping, etc.) just e-mail or call us with what you'd like and well take care of the rest.  We, of course will send you an email with the total amount and tracking number for your package.  If you are using a different card or new shipping address then we will need you to re-enter that information or let us know before we process your order.

What is your return policy?  Please see "Policies" above. 

Can you use my Fed-ex or UPS account number?  Yes but please call in your order if you want to use your own account.

Do you offer gift wrap?  Yes, we offer gift wrap for $4.95 that can be ordered at the top of page where it says "Gift Wrap".  Each gift will include a gift receipt for an easy exchange or return after the gift is opened.  Please indicate in the comments section when ordering if you'd like a gift card included and what it should say.

Do you engrave?   No, unfortunately we do not engrave here at Sassy Silver.
